research projects:
(1) Characterizing the basal ion currents in human radial artery, as well as the electrophysiological response to clinically relevant pharmacological tools (alpha-adrenergic agonists, nitric oxide donors, anti-hypertensives). 

(2) Exploring isoprostanes (metabolites of membrane lipid peroxidation) as possible candidates for endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factor and/or endothelium-derived contracting factor
